STOCK OPTIONS: Industry Letter to Senate Regarding S1940 (Levin-McCain Stock Options Tax Bill)

Twenty-two U.S. trade associations and business groups urge Members of the Senate not to enact S1940, which would discourage broad-based, rank-and-file access to stock options; lead to investor confusion and less accurate financial statements; and raise taxes on companies issuing employee stock options.
